Her 3 children are starving and extremely malnourished as they do not have the proper nutrients they need to live. Fatima's family is one of the THOUSANDS of families that are living below the poverty line.

You saved Abdo Hassan’s family.
Abdo Hassan is a resident of a makeshift settlement near the city of Zanzibar where our partners have been active for the past two years. The makeshift settlement has become entirely reliant on food aid.
“We know that you would come, even if no one does,” says Abdo Hassan, adding, “I have been in these makeshift camps for four years, and we have been surviving with your help for the past two”.
When Abdo was asked about the extent of the support he received, he continued by stating “It’s hard on me when days pass without food, but it’s harder on me seeing my children struggling to fall asleep because they’re starving”.
Through your donations Alhamdulillah, his starving children have food to eat.
These are just a couple of families who are struggling, like these, there are millions across the world.

Our partners, UNHCR, Islamic Relief, IDRF and ICNA are on the ground in Yemen, Pakistan, Bangladesh (Myanmar Refugees), Gaza, Somalia, Ethiopia, Mali, South Africa, and Syria, providing much-needed aid and relief.
